The ability to create custom fields that are not readily available in other platforms is one of my favorite things about this software! It's also very easy for new users with limited experience using goal tracking tools like Salesforce or Asana etc., as it has builtin training videos which guide you through each step. I wish there was more customization options when creating goals within an account/team (e.g. adding subaccounts). There can be some confusion around how certain actions will trigger notifications depending upon where they're located relative to your organization structure - e.g.: if someone creates their own sales opportunity via our CRM system but then sends out emails asking teammates who haven't been involved yet to commit by deadline date, should those people receive automatic email reminders? If so, does everyone need access to these "reminder" mails even though only 1 person created them initially? This could potentially lead us down rabbit holes without realizing we've set up notification rules incorrectly.
