I like using it for work because there is one computer you can use remotely with all of your applications at once instead of each individual application having its own remote desktop client. Some things do not run properly when running through RDP, such as audio devices in Adobe CS5 or other software programs. Also the performance could be better and should load more quickly since many users try to connect simultaneously. You also cannot save user input if typing within another program. If anyone was unsure after doing so much research they will realize how amazing it has helped me throughout my entire career path! It helps employees get their jobs done from home easily while working safely by ensuring proper safety practices take place during an interaction session via this service. I love the fact that I can use my own account and log in as needed without any issues. It's a great product for the price. I do not have any dislikes. I do however, wish that I could give it a higher rating. I highly recommend this product. Remote desktop support for a small company. It's great that I can use my own credentials. It's very easy to use and I have no issues with it.
