It's ok you get what you paid for

I will say it's most certainly not for therapeutic use. They are just toys that you can play with and maybe do some excise on.The strength difference is not all that clear, and it never indicated which one is the weaker and which one is the stronger one. It took me a while to figure out by trying them all. (they are all about the same)

My OT loves this product even more than me. Wow!

Only six pieces in the set, limiting the range of exercises

My friend recommended these for my hand pain. I thought I had arthritis that come to find out it might be carpal tunnel and these little gadgets take the pain away. I only use them a couple times a week when my hands start hurting and they almost instantly ease the pain for a few days. I prefer the finger whole one but the ring is also useful for the lower hand pain.
