There is a problem with this meter's alarm.
There is a problem with the signaling of this meter. The alarm works with gamma radiation but is VERY unstable with beta radiation. On the beta I sometimes get alerts with no measurement of beta radiation and sometimes no alerts at all, well above the alert limit. Very disappointing. It looks like a software problem, but there is no way to reflash the firmware.
