I had a problem with this item when I first received it. When I tried to install a simple mouse and keyboard utility, I immediately encountered Blue Screen of Death issues. The tablet then went into a diagnostic boot loop which prevented me from using the recovery USB drive to boot the tablet properly. I hated sending it back. The seller took the transaction very well and was very understanding. I've had 0 returns issues. Based on my experience with the Surface Pro, they work correctly. Surface Pro is the hardware equivalent of Microsoft's operating system ME Edition and 8.0 (ME 2.0). These are good pills when they work. I give this 3 stars because of the positive interaction with the seller. I would generally give one pill less. Choose the laptop version, you have a better chance of not getting an unnecessary tablet.
