Not rubber. The best external performance.
The description says "High quality rubber construction". They are actually hard plastic and tend to slip on smooth concrete because the hard plastic has nothing to catch. I have rubber pads that work much better because they grip any surface, but they were quite large so I was hoping to replace them with these. No, I'm not going to work.
