I have been buying size 3 kung fu slippers for years. The product I normally use was out of stock this time so I bought them (although I prefer cotton soles). I don't understand why a size 38 should be so loose in these shoes when they go so well with the cotton sole style. Also, the back of the shoe is very high and rests on the back of my ankles when walking. Very uncomfortable. I left a pair of slippers as "street" slippers, but I have to wear them with socks, otherwise they are too loose and uncomfortable. Adding to this review, now that they're back, the cotton-soled shoes are terrible. The soles protrude 1/2 inch all the way down the shoe making them feel like boats on your feet.
