We have used these on our kitchen chair legs in the past, they allow the chairs to snap into place easily and stay in place for a long time. Sure, they pick up my dog's hair, but that's easy to clean too. We had just painted our dining room & needed to rearrange the furniture & were afraid we would scratch the wooden floor but these felt pads saved the day - we could put pads on each of the pieces moved & we could move the furniture & it was big heavy pieces. Such a simple product saved us from hernias! With this I can easily clean up behind furniture in the future - just push!
