Great for shredding ground beef and chicken

I usually cook ground beef when it's still a little frozen. This will help break it down into small pieces of beef. I also use this to cook chicken that needs to be flattened/shredded for tacos or spaghetti. This works very well. Plastic so it won't scratch metal pans and very hard so it's easy to cut. Very happy with this purchase.
