I was skeptical but saw a review of these pans on YouTube so we took a chance and they are great. Some things require a little non-stick oil and you have to be careful not to overheat them, but these things clean amazingly! We've had them for 6 months now and they look exactly as they just came out of the box apart from some discoloration where the aluminum is showing but this is normal. The only downside is that they are not thick and therefore retain heat. It's not great and you can get some hot spots with large pots or on stovetops prone to it. However, the non-stick coating is very strong and effective, and the construction is solid. They are superior to any non-stick or ceramic pan I've ever tried.
