First of all I bought this ring to use as a stand while cleaning my real engagement ring. Looks good, center stone is a 'believable' size and all stones look crisp and bright. The style is beautiful and the picture is very close to what I received. Most importantly, the ring looks quite "convincing". I think it would be hard to tell it's not real unless you look closely. However, the band on this ring is relatively thin (probably about a quarter the thickness of my real ring). Most of the inside of the strap is hollow, so the overall weight of the silver is very light. The ring will definitely not withstand the stress of everyday life. If you are looking for a plug or something makeshift this is a great ring for the price. If you are looking for a ring that your future wife will wear for the rest of her life, keep looking.
