I changed the headset to the same one (I thought I got an unsuccessful copy) - no, all the same cod. I took the second one to the store. Bought a Sennheiser EZX80. No cracks. The sound is perfect! It's a pity that the tips are only in English, but it's less annoying than the crackle in the Explorer 500. The headset played voice prompts from the navigator. At the beginning and end of the phrase, the headset periodically cracks. Sometimes - interruption of phrases. And if two phones are connected, there are more and more interruptions / cracks. I tried to display hints from another device - the same thing. Apparently, the hardware of the headset can not cope. Cods are sometimes heard even without a connected phone when pronouncing service phrases (remaining charge).
