I bought the Vision 5 because it was supposed to be dedicated to the Sony A7iii, but I'm looking at a range of flashes and cameras that just don't suit me. Sitting next to me is a Vision 4, Vision 5, Godox TT685 and my Nikon SB5000. It seems almost impossible for my Godox to act as the master and run Neewer Vision 5. I have a vc818tx on an A7III and I'm setting it up to run Vision 4 and 5. I'd rather leave the tt685S on a hot shot in ttl but if not I'd like to put SB5000 or TT685 on the mount and connect it to Vc818tx to run it but tt685 has no sync port and sb5000 won't fire, if i try this I rent property and the purpose of the studio lighting is to elevate it and soften my harsh shadows. Flash really is the workhorse here. I'll take ambient shots, turn on the flashes and take a flash shot and then combine them on the Affinity iPad while I'm on stage. When I made the purchase I thought the Vision 5 would pick up the signal from the A7iii, but it looks like I was wrong. Had I known this I could have saved money and made a similar arrangement with my Vision 4. I've spent hours working on combos including my Neewer 2 and 4 channel remote triggers (which have each other's sync btw). cord).size). While I've never thought twice about Neewer products, I'm a little disappointed with the experience. Today I called the support there twice, but there was no answer and no return call. Unfortunately I threw away the box. It's a bit annoying that they're 1:38 from home and don't have an answer. So I don't think I would do it again.
