Review on Efficient and Reliable Good Cook Touch Turner: Your Perfect Kitchen Tool by Linda Nelson

Clean, sharpen and just enjoy this knife

I don't know how leaky spatulas are part of a knife review. I have no idea if the handles on these knives leak. I never soak my knives anyway. I always wash them when I'm done, dry them and put them back in the knife holder. I found one of these at a flea market. Clean, sharpen and just enjoy this knife. When it's spicy, it's nice to cut up tomatoes and make sandwiches with them. It doesn't spread mayonnaise well, so I bought a 5 inch santoku to go with it. This is my adult daughter's favorite knife. She likes it when they cut pizza. Use them hard enough to talk about how long they hold that sharpness, but they're easy to touch up on steel or one of those V sharpeners. I prefer to use a stone if need be. Very light weight with a comfortable grip. These are just cheap copies from Kershaw's Shun series and cost pennies compared to hundreds. They are cheap. Buy one and enjoy. Then, if you really like their feel, get real Japanese knives.
