Great for testing question formats prior too deployment

The ability to test out different questions before you get them into your survey or interview could be improved, along with the design/ look & feel - it's outdated looking! We use DScontrol as part of an ongoing 360 customer experience programme run by Insight360 (partner agency). This allows us feedback from respondents which helps drive future versions / campaigns etc., It also gives insight when we're not collecting good responses. I like how easy it is to use, we can easily pull insights from our customers in real time. It allows us to see what people are doing at any given moment and the customer support team is great! The only thing I dislike about D Scout is the price, but it's worth every penny when you're getting such quality insights. We've been able to see what our customers were doing at any given moment, which has helped us improve our product.

Pros
  • Easy interface for creating surveys that pop up straight away after someone joins their website without having too many steps required beforehand; very user friendly toolset within dashboard area where all data collated onto one page so simple way to view results once they have completed each question individually
