I am very satisfied with the purchase of this mini timer. They were bought to replace my old timer which sounded like a ticking bomb. They're surprisingly quiet - I sit next to one and don't hear a sound from it. I scheduled it to turn on and off as needed according to my schedule and tested them for a few days before giving my review. The timer can turn on the light/device before the scheduled timer setting. It would be nice if there was also an option to turn it off before the timer schedule - not a deal breaker but something to add to next-gen. Customer service is AAA+. They answered my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Overall, between the functionality of the timer and the customer service received, I am happy with the purchase.
