Great for our hens
I bought the larger size and use it for our quality sea salt supplement that we are happy to offer our free range hens. Initially I had salt in a metal dispenser but as you can imagine it rusted out pretty quickly. Also, the metal dispenser was too big. Our chickens don't eat a lot of salt so it's best to have a smaller dispenser as they're more likely to eat the salt before it becomes too uncomfortable.
