I like that these needles are strong, light, and slightly blunt on the ends (not sharp enough to pierce fingers). I wasn't overly impressed with the stiffness of the (nylon?) loop or eyelet, but it still does the job better than regular thread or tapestry needles. Tip: Tighten the material (yarn or similar) to make threading easier and allow the material to form a tight loop before pushing it through the eye of the needle.
