So these headphones are $49.99 because you get decent headphones and a free code for Dolby Atmos that comes with any headphones on Xbox or Windows 10 can be used. They sound good for this price range, offering good positional sound and decent audio range for your ears. These headphones are also quite comfortable on my head compared to others I've used. The main downside of these headphones is the dongle accessory that you use with your Xbox controller to play on Xbox. Additional EQ settings work on the fly and all sound decent so that's not an issue. The problem here with the dongle accessory is that the volume control is cheap. Seriously, you'll be fumbling with the volume control to place it in the right spot to stop the crackling. God forbid you move it even slightly, because then the sounds of sonic crackles will hit your ears. At first you will blame other problems, but no, you will find that they are not the cause. Now when you plug the controller into the Xbox for power, the crackle is reduced a bit, but it's still there. It only helps me because I use rechargeable batteries. Regular AA batteries had the same crackling effect as plugging a controller into an Xbox. So to sum it up...buy these if you want Dolby Atmos and decent PC/Mac headphones as they will work with any 3.5mm jack too. For Xbox headphones... however, look elsewhere... like the Lucidsound LS50X.
