Update: Summary: I still feel uncomfortable standing in the chair but I have received absolutely the best customer service and will definitely be purchasing a new chair from this company. Story about my update: After I left a bad review, Mei contacted me and offered a refund and return label. I explained my current situation why I can't go back now. She not only offered me options but also wanted to send me kind and valuable words. It was perhaps the most uncomfortable chair I have ever used. The seat itself is short and feels like I can barely sit on it. The armrests are also too low for me.
