Great chair for my aching back!

I received it quickly and just had to open it as soon as possible. It is very easy to assemble. And wow! It supports my back and arms perfectly! Rolling wheels do such a good job. Moving the chair is effortless and doesn't make much noise. What I also like about this chair is that you can adjust the height with a lever on the side. Very easy to use. Update: Summary: I still feel uncomfortable standing in the chair but I have received absolutely the best customer service and will definitely be purchasing a new chair from this company. Chair Missing two screws

Haven't used this chair for long and it was relatively comfortable. But after a few weeks, my arms would jerk up every time I leaned back. This caused me to sit up straight and not recline when using the chair and eventually stopped using the chair. Just today as I was about to throw the chair in the trash I found that it was missing two screws which would probably fix the problem. I know I should have inspected the chair sooner. Good price and design, lumbar support, medium sized stable chair for school kids and teenagers

Bought this chair for our little kids who study remotely for more than 5 hours. So true! It's really convenient. Definitely the right size for young students and a study desk. The wheels are strong and move smoothly. The most important thing is the lumbar support. I've tried sitting on it for a while as an adult and I'm very comfortable and satisfied.
