Haven't used this chair for long and it was relatively comfortable. But after a few weeks, my arms would jerk up every time I leaned back. This caused me to sit up straight and not recline when using the chair and eventually stopped using the chair. Just today as I was about to throw the chair in the trash I found that it was missing two screws which would probably fix the problem. I know I should have inspected the chair sooner. When I assembled the chair there were no extra parts so I assumed everything was in place. I'll try to find the screws in the store at home if I don't get a response from the seller.
