Nice to get a new part. Hard to find locally.
Expensive but not available in plumbing stores. When I got the new toilets I kept the old seats but found that the silicone pads were discolored (from urine). Certainty that there will be less or no smell in the future. Consider re-exchanging, perhaps before you sell the house, if and when.
