Doesn't heat up properly
I attempted to make fried chicken, which I have done in my former electric skillet. As soon as the oil got hot, it would turn off, the oil would cool down, it would turn back on, etc. That doesn't work when trying to pan fry something in oil. Definitely not worth the money - I may even throw it away.
