I like how easy it was to set up our new system compared with other providers we had used previously (including GoToMeeting).
We're able to use multiple screens for different purposes without having separate licenses or users/passwords required per screen; plus you can do things such as pause your meetings when someone walks into another part of the office! Sometimes there are issues where some features don't work correctly but they usually resolve this quickly once an issue has been reported. Our biggest problem so far hasn’t really even related directly to using Meetings by ourselves - which does give us confidence going forward since most problems seem fixable if people have support staff available who know what their doing. Having access to all my employees' calendars through one place instead of searching each person's individual calendar makes life easier for everyone involved.
