Review on 🚀 K&N Cold Air Intake Kit: Boost Horsepower and Performance for 2017-2018 NISSAN (Titan XD)63-6020 by Dustin Barry

I have just opened the box from Revain which was delivered 10 minutes ago. The hardware was sealed, the instructions were sealed, but the air horn and metal airbox were scratched and dented from a previous attempt at installation. I also noticed that the airbox was all dusty when I took it out of the box. I called K&N and told them what happened. They didn't care. They said they can swap parts in the coming days. I have to use it tomorrow. They said no partial credit, they weren't interested in the photos and basically just blew me away. as "New") to properly test them, but their lack of customer service is worrying that this has even happened. I've been buying K&N products for over 40 years. I will not continue if they treat me like this.
