The email automation features are powerful, and the customer-facing side is very easy to use. The platform is expensive, and I wish it was a bit more user-friendly. I do not have any complaints about Audience.to. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a marketing platform. I am using Audience.to to help automate my marketing processes. I use it to send out emails to my customers and prospects. I have also used it to send out emails to my team members and other employees to remind them of important dates.
