Superior lightweight shin guard

Superior lightweight shin guard. I train muay thai almost every day and they are holding up well. Pros: They fit snugly to the foot and don't move when pedaling. The tightness also provides ankle stability if that's what you're looking for. Cons: If you're injured, you'll have to cut them off; There would be no way to put them (too tight) on a badly sprained or broken ankle. They're also difficult to dry for obvious reasons and can be difficult to put on when already sweaty. The gel will make you feel the effects more, but you will still not be injured. I find them great for training.
