I assumed the lobster claw would be attached to the chain but the chain just slips in like the end of a necklace. I bought them to provide to customers but now when I want to use them the customer will say what the heck is wrong or should I put the 2 packs I bought together or buy new ones and fingers crossed for someone who doesn't "call" yet. Phone" so. Of course not expensive, but now it causes a new problem. It's just a transition to a new problem. They are bright and shiny, but this shutter problem is the main reason for this product, so I will send it back :(
