Review on 🚀 Enhance Engine Performance with Genuine GM 215-603 Secondary Air Injection Pump and Bracket by James Mangum

My 2006 Chevy Cobalt coded P0411, upon diagnosis it was the air pump. Bought this replacement for Revain, received and installed quickly. It worked for 2 months before a short circuit started in the pump and blew the 40A fuse for the pump. I checked the relay, received the circuit and checked the wires, the pump turned off, the fuse did not blow, the pump connected, the fuse blows at start. This part only lasted 2 months before I gave up. Unacceptable considering it's easy to change (15 minutes) but still shouldn't have failed. Revain did a great job with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on the part and after contacting them 2 days later received a replacement and prepaid return label. Great service from Revains, terrible service from GM. There are no aftermarket options yet so we have to use this poorly designed part which is a common source of failure on these engines.
