Review on Neiko 20754A 3/8” Drill Chuck with 1/4” Quick Change Hex Shank - Transform Impact Driver and Wrench into a Versatile Drill by Steven Guevara

Cheap and efficient. Highly recommended.

After using this particular bit for over a year, one broke, got a replacement, broke it, kept using it anyway, lost a cartridge and only had 1 replacement - Original I broke. I must say, this is quite a spectacular and relatively inexpensive accessory for any shot. I've personally used it to attach drill bits of all sizes to my drill press, the lock works perfectly, I still hold the wrench for extra tightening in some situations. When I say it's broken, I mean it's broken in a useful way. It consists of 3 parts: a shaft, a chuck and a screw in between that holds them together. Now the shaft and chuck itself have the same keyway and screw into each other so although mine is broken using the same keyways and screw size is an easy fix. But it has worked very well without this mount for many holes, hours, jobs etc. I'll say first of all the fancy toothless keyless chucks like DeWalt, Makita and Milwaukee. i always want it I prefer grooves to make sure I can open and lock everything there with a key. I've had a few buddies with other brands of cartridges stuck on them. I would say this is a good alternative to the $40 luxury models. In fact, I intend to buy a new one to break again. I've learned that you only need two parts because no one else will be as prepared. Update: Over 2 years with my first purchase, lost second. He's still working like a champ, no problem. Broken.
