I just changed the floss of the same make/model. He died about 13 months later (manufacturer's warranty was 12 months). Because of this I hesitated and tried to try another manufacturer but ended up getting the same one as I'm used to it and the price isn't that bad. Even the most expensive and trusted global brands produce a certain amount of lemons. So I'll give you the guess of every doubt. But if it happens again I will try another brand. Thanks to this device, I am now a staunch irrigator; I really want to keep one near the sink. I've always hated dental floss and could only endure toothbrushes. That is the solution. My gums are much better and cleaner after using it. I wish I had switched sooner. I try to keep it on soft most of the time and it seems to work fine. Other modes seem to be sick. I wish I had a larger reservoir, but I realize that's a bit of a compromise for the convenience of this handcrafted wand design.
