Realizing that flossing is an important part of my daily dental care routine, I ordered a portable irrigator when I planned to be away from home for an extended period of time. That works great. I love that it's wireless and had to poke fun at the fact that as soon as I packed the irrigator it went into my luggage and actually turned on as it still had plenty of charge! Well I was really enjoying it until suddenly it stopped working. I have emailed the seller in the last 2 weeks and have not received a response. I asked Revain customer support for help and they just redirect me back to the seller page only to have the seller chatbot redirect me back to Revain. WHY is it so difficult? I read a number of reviews before choosing it over other brands like Waterpik and HydroFloss. Works great, holds a charge well for a day of everyday use. Hey, some jet streams are good. The pressure of the water is strong, it cleans the interdental spaces well. I broke my previous one but I'm very happy with this replacement choice. Would buy again. Does not take up much space on the dressing table and is easy to store. A tip is to leave the small water door open between uses to allow it to dry so no mold or odors develop.
