The technology is better and so are the Sony batteries designed for your Sony devices. It has a better charging time than Wasabi and comes with 2 batteries. Now the Wasabi charger physically "pushes" the batteries out of the charger in a vertical tank - they don't seat properly to be recharged - this is very light after only 2-3 months of use. This Sony charger is slightly larger than the batteries themselves, which are small. I carry two of these chargers in a set as they take up so little space. quality construction. A yellow/orange LED when the battery is first connected, then green when fully charged. Easy and relatively fast charging. Reliable purchase from a reliable manufacturer and retailer. Highly recommended.
