My time spent with them was a total waste, and if someone asked me to recommend a company to their worst enemy, I would say no. To begin, I concur that their internet store is a disorganized mess. It is really difficult to navigate, and it takes an inordinate amount of time to locate the information that you require. The search box is so ineffective, and the layout is so jumbled that it's almost impossible to find anything. However, that is not even the most disappointing aspect. Not only was the thing I ordered, a winch for my off-road vehicle, delivered late, but it was also in a bad condition when it arrived. It appeared as though it had been put through a lot of wear and tear before being shipped to me. I attempted to get in touch with their customer service, but the representatives I spoke with were both unhelpful and impolite. They didn't seem to care that the thing I had gotten was broken, and they wouldn't give me a refund or an exchange for it. It is absurd that they demand customers to pay for return postage on a defective product when it was shipped to them in error. Because they shipped me a damaged item, it is not my fault; therefore, why should I have to pay for the mistake that they made? To summarize, both your time and your money would be better spent elsewhere than on EASYBERG. Their customer service is bad, their products are of poor quality, and their internet business is a complete and utter failure. There are plenty of other companies out there that are a lot more dependable and trustworthy than EASYBERG, and if you're looking for automotive accessories or towing products, one of those other companies could be the one for you.
