The first one I got was a return and I was annoyed because I purchased "new”. So after some thought I returned it and Ebay refunded me. I posted a not so nice, review and the seller contacted me, apologized and told me they were sending a new one out at no charge. I finally had a chance to use it tonight. It’s a good machine. Melts the wax fast, just be careful because the wax gets really hot. Used it on my hands and feet. They came out really nice. The seller really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
