No sound for more than 20 minutes

I bought these radios to listen to FM radio. Normally FM without distortion, but it's all distortion, do not hear. Static electricity seems to come from components getting hot (strange for solid state radios). We have two of these, so it's unlikely to be a bad block - they both share the same signal-to-noise ratio and characteristics. Problem with time: In twenty minutes there can also be a white noise machine.
