I bought a nanoglass foot file because the description said it could be used wet or dry. My first attempt was to use it completely dry on dry feet and the results were mediocre at best. For the second try, I soaked the file in water and used it on my dry feet. Fantastic results. I was amazed and pleased to see how much dry dead skin was gone and how much better my legs felt. The file shape is comfortable and secure in my hand, making it easy to keep wet. Excellent goods!
