Not if you want to get the job done!

I bought this air hammer to help with a project to strip and remove tile and concrete from an old 1940's house. Maybe I need a bigger and stronger compressor, or maybe I need a stronger hammer, anyway this was the most time consuming project I've done with this tool, I chipped about 1 inch of concrete about 3 inches long. I then pulled out a hammer and chisel and got the job done on time. There is no such thing as a good DEWALT. I have basically all DEWALT tools and use them regularly, not this one! Can I return this item for a refund?
