I gave this one a 4 because it arrived broken and flour was splattering across the counter. I wanted to return it but before that I checked other websites for those who had this problem. One person had this problem and the manufacturer responded by sending another cap that solved the problem. I didn't want to spend a lot of time returning the grinder and waiting for a replacement, so I found a website that sells replacement parts and ordered a new lid. Flour no longer breaks out and I am very satisfied. I think this coffee grinder was a returned product that did not suspect anything to me.
