Keeps you warm in very cold weather, wind and rain

They are warm enough to stay outside all day, ride a bike or just go for a walk and not notice the cold. They are comfy and have a big pocket for a phone or whatever. I like mine and plan on ordering another pair in a different color as they allow you to be outside for longer periods without noticing the cold, they are nice and thick, fleece lined, with a great waist that stretches and a has good length. She. I'm very cold by nature living in East Texas although we do have occasional high winds with rain and even for that they are perfect.
