I bought two of these to use in the doctor's office for storing bandages and wound care. The carts are quite stable and look good. They are easy to assemble and roll easily. Both were badly damaged in transit and arrived severely dented and chipped due to mishandling by the shipping company. After receiving the first car, I contacted the seller and asked for better packaging to prevent this damage. They said they would, but my experience with the second cart showed no improvement in packaging. In fact, the packaging was just as poor as the first damaged car. It's a shame because the wagons look good and serve their purpose well. I hate looking at shipping defects even after I've hammered and bent most of the damage.
