came badly damaged

UPDATE: Seller refuses to refund fair price claiming damage was caused by a Revain issue. The boxes (2) were in perfect condition, the damage was caused by the case being screwed through the cross brace. The handle is not screwed because the holes are not big enough and are not threaded. Rude customer service! It looks like a good product but it arrived VERY damaged! It is very heavy, so a return is not possible.

Well Done; badly packed; ALWAYS DAMAGED in transit.

I bought two of these to use in the doctor's office for storing bandages and wound care. The carts are quite stable and look good. They are easy to assemble and roll easily. Both were badly damaged in transit and arrived severely dented and chipped due to mishandling by the shipping company. After receiving the first car, I contacted the seller and asked for better packaging to prevent this damage. They said they would, but my experience with the second cart showed no improvement in packaging…

Overall a good product

I bought this cart to use as a BBQ tool cart. That's great. The first was delivered late and was damaged. This is UPS's fault, not the Toolbox company. Revain sent me an undamaged replacement. Some assembly required but no instructions. It wouldn't be that expensive to include a one-page flyer for assembling this product. I'm no fool, but it took me a few minutes to figure out that the bottom cabinet shelf was bolted to the bottom of the unit. I ended up with a lot of extra gear. The handle…
