Excellent technical assistance and excellent after sale services

The customer service is exceptional, they are always willing to help you if there's anything that needs improvement or clarification regarding their product in any way! I have never encountered an issue with them being unable/unwilling to work out something for me when it comes down to pricing (as opposed to simply giving no price at all). It would be great if we could use more than one sales rep per account but as long as someone from our team can be assigned then this isn't really much of a concern. We've been using both Contact Center Solutions & Customer Service solutions by CCHS so far without issues - however since moving over everything has become very slow due to lack of support staff which doesn’t allow us enough time to do things manually thus slowing up processes even further.
