It breaks AFTER the return window is closed.
Purchased in November. On the DAY before the return window expires, the screen goes black. It's useless. The only support offered is by phone. I can not speak. They don't provide affordable NO ADA support for stupid people. waste of money. This is for presentations and must be worth the money spent. Can't return it now as it's after January 31st. I should have seen the six month return window as a red flag. Will have to buy a new one now. I'm beside myself with disappointment. :(
