Powder from a measuring spoon poured onto the tongue and immediately washed down with water. You don't feel bitterness. I only accept it.
Different pros:
Excellent working BCAAs from a good manufacturer. You can check the authenticity on the site, which is important. Banks are enough for a month when taking 3r per day. Very good solubility.
With its cons.
These BCAAs do not have a measuring spoon from the factory, but this is NOT a MARRIAGE, as many write. Perhaps this is the only negative. But you can use spoons from other manufacturers))
