Sizes: I'm 32 in jeans, 34 with tape measure so I ordered a medium. At first it seemed too small, but I got used to it. If you are 34 or 35 years old, I can choose the big one. The quality is very good. Other: I love the gray and black colors - much better than my old boring white! If you are looking for an athlete to swim with, I recommend this.
