Perfectly ruins the little swingarm. To install, simply use an 8mm Allen key and your bike can be mounted on the stand within 2 minutes. Only complaint is the coils seem to scratch very easily but that's not a big deal, they hold the bike up great and that's what I need. Tip, tighten as tight as possible as the trophies seemed a bit loose at first.
