Instructions not entirely clear
later Instructions didn't match our AC very well (although it's a cold front and it was the manufacturer's recommended sleeve) - wasn't sure if it would fit or not add extra padding for drainage and more since you wouldn't be able to physically fit the device in your case if soft slopes were added. It would also be nice if the $100 piece of metal came with some form of support to put pressure on the back of the house instead of paying another $30 just to install a $300 air conditioner.
