I thought this would be a great hand sanitizer and there are a few good and bad points. First the problem: They have some kind of non-return valve in the spout that prevents leakage. That's great, but the check valve doesn't work until you apply a certain amount of pressure. With liquids you either get nothing or a lot with little pressure. In other words, it can be very difficult to control the flow of liquid when you only need a few drops. This setup may work better with thicker gels but not with thinner solutions. On the plus side, they don't even lick with liquid alcohol for hand sanitizer. However, it is important to properly connect the tubing and ensure the silicone lip is evenly and evenly distributed when inserted into the cuff. If done carefully, I haven't had any issues with leaks (yet).
